Your questions help shape this campaign and the conversations we’re having across the Prairies.

  • I’m running because I believe in a PSAC that reflects the Prairies — strong, grounded, and connected.

    We have incredible activists across our region, and my goal is to keep PSAC Prairies responsive, relevant, and ready to deliver results for members.

  • I bring a breadth of experience gained through many roles across the PSAC structure, from workplace activism to regional and national leadership.

    Regional and National Leadership

    • Prairie Region Council member since 2017; Alternate REVP since 2021

    • Chair, Prairie Region Council Finance Committee (since 2021)

    • Current Treasury Board Bargaining Team member (TC Group)

    • Delegate to Treasury Board Bargaining Conferences (2014, 2017, 2021, 2025)

    • Served on PSAC National Convention Constitution Committee (2018, 2021)

    • Served on PSAC National Convention Finance Committee (2024)

    Union and Workplace Activism

    • Workplace Steward

    • Strike Captain

    • Union Leadership Development Program graduate

    • Delivered numerous media interviews representing workers and labour issues

    Labour Movement Leadership

    • President, Lethbridge & District Labour Council (since 2016)

    • President, Lethbridge Area Council (since 2014)

    • Vice-President, Alberta Federation of Labour (PSAC representative 2017-2025)

    Equity and Member Engagement

    • National Director/Alberta Representative AGR National Human Rights Committee (since 2015)

    • Founding Member, Lethbridge Regional Women’s Committee (since 2013)

    • Secretary, AGR Local 30048

  • It’s more than a slogan — it’s how I lead.

    Vision means setting a clear direction for PSAC Prairies.

    Collaboration means listening to members and working together to find solutions.

    Action means moving beyond discussion to mobilize members, defend workers’ rights, and deliver meaningful results for our union and the communities we serve.

  • I want to keep decision-making close to the people it impacts. That means supporting local leaders, improving communication between Locals/Branches, Components, committees/councils, to making sure every province — Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba — has a strong voice in our union’s direction.

  • Collaborative and action-focused.

    I believe in less meetings, more action — empowering others, building trust, and keeping our work grounded in fairness, inclusion, and accountability.
