It’s more than a slogan — it’s how I lead.
Vision means setting a clear direction for PSAC Prairies.
Collaboration means listening to members and working together to find solutions.
Action means moving beyond discussion to mobilize members, defend workers’ rights, and deliver meaningful results for our union and the communities we serve.
-
I want to keep decision-making close to the people it impacts. That means supporting local leaders, improving communication between Locals/Branches, Components, committees/councils, to making sure every province — Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba — has a strong voice in our union’s direction.
-
Collaborative and action-focused.
I believe in less meetings, more action — empowering others, building trust, and keeping our work grounded in fairness, inclusion, and accountability.
-
